    4. Pricing and VAT

    UK Sales: All prices shown on the website for UK customers are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). The VAT amount is automatically accounted for by us.

    International Sales: For orders shipped outside the UK, no UK VAT will be charged. The purchaser is responsible for all import duties, customs charges, and local taxes (including import VAT) levied by their country upon entry. Tiny Blue Ltd is not responsible for any costs incurred due to the customer’s failure to pay such charges.

    5. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

    Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the item(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by Tiny Blue Ltd.
    A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you an Order Confirmation email.

    Artwork Authenticity: We confirm that all works sold are authentic and owned by Tiny Blue Ltd. All descriptions, sizes, and colours are provided in good faith as accurate representations, though minor variations may occur.

    6. Ordering and Payment

    Orders can be placed through our secure online shop. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

    All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

    Tiny Blue Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, stock discrepancies, or payment issues. If this occurs, any payment received will be refunded in full.

  • 1. Right to Cancel (The Cooling-Off Period)

    1.1. If you are a consumer purchasing distance-selling goods (goods bought online), you have the legal right to cancel the contract at any time from the date of the order up to 14 days after the day on which you receive the last of your ordered goods.

    2. Returning the Goods

    2.1. Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us at the UK returns address we will provide on request.

    2.2. Cost of Return: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend you use a fully tracked, insured courier service commensurate with the value of the artwork, as the risk of damage or loss during return rests with you.

    2.3. Condition of Goods: We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund amount if the value of the goods has been reduced by your handling of them beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

    3. Refunds

    3.1. We will refund the purchase price of the goods, including the cost of standard delivery (but not enhanced or expedited delivery costs), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return.
